PERSONAL TOURS LTD.

Founded in 1993 by cultural historian and former teacher, David Echols, Personal Tours Ltd. set out on a challenging mission: to provide the highest quality guided tours of the Santa Barbara area in a full range of vehicles, year-round, and at an affordable price. As the years pass, we continue to grow with the demand for quality private-party adventures.

We are licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission Motor Carrier Division, license #TCP 8516-S and insured as a commercial passenger carrier by Northland Insurance Company, policy #TP241160.
